This house was still standing in 2007
This is the house that Van Dorn lived in until just before his death in 1944. It is told that when Ella died in 1920 they had a big two story house. Since the children were all out of the home and it was just Van, the boys tore down the big house and built this smaller one for Van.
It has most likely been empty since Van died in 1944.
